Immediate post-release transportation, essential personal documentation recovery, temporary housing orientation, and emergency stipend access.

Twelve weeks of intensive practical instruction in carpentry, electrical wiring fundamentals, or logistics management alongside certified union instructors.

Direct introduction to vetted employer network partners offering living-wage positions, ongoing mentorship, and clear workplace advancement.

Hands-on instruction inside active training hubs. Participants master electrical installation, framing carpentry, and supply logistics while earning recognized OSHA and trade union credentials.

Housing Security

Housing Navigation Service

Structured transition from immediate temporary lodging to permanent lease readiness. We manage landlord partnerships, security deposit grants, and tenant responsibility workshops.

Restorative Support

One-on-One Mentorship

Weekly peer support pairing participants with experienced mentors. Focuses on personal accountability, conflict resolution, legal compliance, and practical goal tracking.
